(b12424, 210308 (월) 오후 생방송, bmw 바이크 라이딩 중 도로 기름 범벅으로 날아가다.. 도로에 기름으로 인해 바이크가 미끄러진 사고, 바이크는 BMW R1200GSA(어드벤츠), 차량 운전자가 타박상 및 찰과상, *안전보호구 풀셋을 착용중이여서 크게 다친 곳은 없음.* 갈비뼈, 양쪽 무릎 철과상, 오른쪽 손목, 손가락 타박상, 블박 전방 영상을 보면 노면 가장자리와 중앙쪽이랑 색상이 다르다는게 확연히 표시가 남, CCTV열람을 위해 사고 접수를 하였는데 담당경찰관님 사고 현장을 비추는 카메라가 없어서 확인이 어렵다고 함, 사고 현장 앞쪽엔 있는데 거기서 만약 찍혔다 해도 사고 지점에선 안 흘렸다라고 하면 입증할 증거가 없어서 손해배상 청구를 할 수 없다고 함, * 기름띠가 오래 전부터 형성되어 있었으면 도로관리청이 제거했어야 그러나 최근에 생긴 거라서 통상적인 순찰 돌기 이전이었거나 또는 신고도 없었다면 도로관리청의 책임은 만만치 않음 기름을 흘리고 간 차를 찾으면 그 차에게 손해배상 청구할 수 있겠는데 다른 자동차나 오토바이는 안 넘어졌는데 왜 넘어졌느냐 물기로 보였더라도 커브길에서 속도를 줄였어야 한다는 측면에서 과실상계는 상당히 이뤄질 듯 (30%일지 50%일지 70%일지?) 가히, 블랙박스, 블박영상, 교통사고 영상, traffic accident, car accident, dash cam, black box)

Typical Interstate traffic encounters. Merging traffic and a car changing lanes into merging traffic, right in front of me. This was during a 1,600-mile round trip vacation on our bikes to Wing Ding. My wife also has a K2 on her 2018 Gold Wing.

Innovv K2 footage of new bike rider grabbing a handful of front brake. dumping his bike at the roundabout. it was his first ride out on his brand new bike. luckily, it wasn't serious and only minor grazing to his left leg. the bike suffered a few marks and a broken mirror. he had been out for a couple of hours and had been riding well. he just didn't see the silver car, when he did, he panicked and grabbed the front break. the car driver did stop to see if he was OK. it's an hard way to learn a lesson but probably will make him a better rider for it.
