Recently, I have the issue about the indicator lamps OFF at the INNOVV K2 controller. When I turn the ignition of my bike on, Both of DC convertor and the main unit controller start to run. Each light at the controller unit is testing itself with flashing. However, after around 10 seconds from turning on, all indicator lights turn off, but the blue small light of CD controller is still ON. It doesn't work well. In order to find the cause of problem, I tried to connect it with PC via USB cable to provide power supply, in this case, all lights are still running correctly. Never turn off. I don't know why? DC controller is broken? Please give me some advice.

When I look at the recorded MicroSD card, I can see that the "PARK" and "VIDEO" folders have been created under "INNOVV_K2". I have two questions here. 1. Why are several driving files created in the "PARK" folder even though the PARK function is turned off? 2. why some files are NOT created even though I am driving continuously?
 I checked both folders, "PARK" and "VIDEO", but I couldn't find it from them. I haven't turned off the engine during my driving. I don't know why some files are missing... Thanks, Koba3
