Dear Steven, sorry for the problem you met, could you please update the latest firmware from https://www.innovv.com/downloads, also please uninstall the App and reinstall it, allowing all the permission during installation. If still no Wi-Fi in the iPhone list, could you please check if the INNOVV product is recording or not? You can check from the SD card, please try aboved steps and let us know the result. Thanks.
You do know that you have to turn on your motorcycle or car to see the innovv wifi connection? Than the system will start up and also the wifi.
