You can press the silver button on the remote control for more than 10 seconds, the unit will back to the factory set, and you will have the default password which is 12345678.
Well...if I remeber correctly, the wifi password will only reset when installing the firmware. Pressing the reset button reverts the settings to default, but not the wifi password. At least at the K2/K3 it is like this.
I hope it is not for the K5 . Not keen on doing a firnware upgrade. Hope Jade_cs can confirm the push button for 10 seconds is the way to delete the password for WiFi .
In principle, a firmware update is not rocket science. Make sure the SD card is empty. Place the firmware on the SD card, this is a .BIN file. Insert the SD card into the K5 and boot the K5. See also the video on this page https://www.innovv.com/firmware-app?origin=notification
