The K5 has no connection to the motorbike alarm. A recording can only be started if the motorcycle is moved/shaken (parking mode). Unfortunately, the sensitivity cannot be adjusted.

In addition, the blue LED on the power module should be lit. If it does not light up, the battery voltage is too low and the parking mode will not work.
Hello , could you check if you switch on the packing monitoring in the app? If yes, please set your G sensor senstivity setting bar to 3 .
If it is still not working, please press and hold the remote control button for 10 seconds until the remote control lights are off to reset the DVR, then try it again.
For my understanding it works of motion sensing IE if you are hit by a car while you are parked where as the Motorcycle alarm can activate with the slightest movement like someone sitting on your bike with the alarm turned, on as you can see they both do different things one for theft prevention the other protects from any unforeseen accidents. I think if you look through previous post people have tried to activated the camera even with their motion senser turned up.
