I used the information sheet that came in the box to download the app. The app fails to open and when it does weak connection or no connection. I can't even use it offline, been unsuccessful inputting the password

The iPhones are known for having connection problems. It is advisable to put the iPhone in airplane mode and only then make the WiFi connection.
hello Sir, could you please confirm if the K5 is recording? You can check it from the SD card. If the K5 is recording, please uninstall the App and reinstall it again, allowing all permissions during the installation. If the K5 is not recording, please disconnect the power converter and power the K5 with a USB power supply, see if you can enter into the App or not?
