※In many countries except the US, the app won't connect unless the firmware is updated to make 2.4GHz Wi-Fi the default.
Difference between K2 and K5

Installing the rearview camera.
Mounted on the pannier case bolts.

The rear camera cable, GPS, and power unit are set under the smartphone holder under the seat.

The space under the seat is too small and the power unit cables are routed in a small space above the battery for fuse replacement.

Running the cables through the gap in the side cowl

Use corrugated tubing to protect the cable and make it easier to pass through, as it runs around the radiator.

Attach the stays (opposite of the orientation in the picture).
There's no better place.

It's a little shaky, but the test is mostly OK.

Change the bolt on the mirror holder to a long bolt and use a collar to increase the distance.
Attach the controller to it with a stay.

This controller is useful because it can determine if the SD card is corrupted.
This one can take pictures and store videos, too.
I heard that from the next production run, the cable will be longer, so it will be easier to install.
"In many countries except the US, the app won't connect unless the firmware is updated to make 2.4GHz Wi-Fi the default." There are no problems with 2.4GHz in Europe.
Even with older firmware I have had no problems at all.
Can't the connection problem be with your mobile phone?
Update the firmware, do you mean the firmware of the K5 or your mobile phone?
Hi Hans
In the default firmware, the K5 is supposed to use 5.8GHz wifi, but at least in Japan, 5.8GHz wifi is banned.
This may be the reason why you can't change the settings in the app unless you update the firmware to use 2.4GHz Wifi by default.

Hello み か ん さ ん
Okay, now it's clear to me too.
Fortunately, we can use both WiFi frequencies in Europe 😉
I also use translation software, so I understand that translations sometimes don't go well.
@みかんさん Hello, thank you for your kind feedback here. We will forward this to our colleagues about the Wi-Fi settings to make it more user-friendly to our users.
Hello, thank you for your sharing about the detailed installation of the INNOVV K5 and the footage here! Hope you could have more riding fun in the future!
For this, we would like to kindly explain that the INNOVV K5 is compatible with dual-band Wi-Fi, and the 5.8 Ghz Wi-Fi band is enabled by default. If you fail to search the K5’s Wi-Fi, please kindly check whether your phone could support the 5.8 Ghz Wi-Fi or not first. You could kindly check those smartphones which could support 5.8 Ghz Wi-Fi and play 4K videos smoothly from https://www.innovv.com/smartphone-list. If not, please kindly download the latest firmware (With Default 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi) from INNOVV website via https://www.innovv.com/downloads and follow the instruction to update to the latest firmware.
