Sooo many questions. I have had the K5 4k front and 1080 rear on my BMW GS for a week. I have some questions.
When I stopped the bike after a day of riding on the 1st day, I had dozens of videos in the ACCIDENT folder??? I didn’t have an accident. Why does this keep happening? Can you PLEASE make the G sensor settings separate for ACCIDENTS while driving, and then also separate for parking mode? I want parking mode to be the most sensitive but I don’t want it so sensitive that it sends all of my driving files to ACCIDENT folder which is what it is doing now I think.

What is the mini USB plug for? I assume it is for downloading? IF the mini USB is for downloading, does it mean I can download video to another device WITHOUT the power of the motorcycle being on? I can’t find one single reference to what the mini USB is for. It’s not mentioned in the instructions.
I have the parking mode turned on, I have the sensitivity set to the highest level, and I waited for the shut down process to happen, and then I went and kicked and moved and rocked the bike, and not a single video was recorded. Why is this?
When in parking mode it would be GREAT to have the unit send your phone a SMS/TEXT if the bike senses movement. Even better would be an option to VIEW in realtime the live video. Then this K5 would be EPIC…..right now if the bike is stolen, the thief has the video. That’s not really helpful.
What happens when you have the APP connected and you hit RECORD WHILE DRIVING? Is this now a saved (LOCKED) segment of video? Why would I use the app record button instead of the INNOVV remote? When I tell the APP to stop recording does that mean ALL RECORDING is stopped? Please explain which takes priority, the INNOVV remote, or the INNOVV app?
I would LOVE to use the app while it is NOT connected to the bike. To experiment with settings, and explore and practice using it. Perhaps a demo mode for the app would be nice?
1 You can set the sensitivity of the G-sensor in the app. This sensitivity is only for the accident videos. The sensitivity of the parking sensor cannot be adjusted.
2 Parking mode, see answer to 1. When the motorcycle is switched off, is the blue LED on the power converter lit? If not, your battery voltage is too low and the parking mode will not work.
The sensitivity of the parking mode sensor also depends on how hard and how fast the 'shocks' take place and in which direction.
3 You need a SIM card for this. This in turn requires other techniques and therefore also requires space in the K5. The K5 will then have to be even bigger. The K5 is a camera, not a security system. There are other systems for sale for this, take a look at monimoto.com
4 No idea, try it out and tell us. Remote has priority over the app. Recording with the app is only useful during testing/installation of the K5. With the remote control you can also secure recordings, no app required.
5 All settings are read from the K5, the app can also be used for other models of the K series. To experiment properly, you still need the camera itself.
I can only answer your first question. The mini USB is for an alternative power supply. If you use it in your car for example.
