I have had this K5 setup for a few months, and have it on a 2023 BMW R1250GS.....I have installed it per the directions, and nothing special there. FIRST the back camera had a foggy wet lens, and guess what, a few weeks later, after riding in several light rain storms...the FRONT 4K camera is now foggy due to moisture going inside. THE BODY HAS NEVER been opened except to put the memory card in. I installed it properly and there are no leaks due to my error. This is strictly a K5 quality control issue. I am interested how is was certified, because I have already had the back camera get wet and foggy inside, and now the FRONT....Holy crap this camera system has been anything but a good experience. Now I have to go through the entire back and fourth again and HOPE Innovv replaces this camera under warranty. They have been good with the back camera, now the front. Innovv, can you PLEASE replace this camera as soon as possible? This is very frustrating since this camera is at the HIGH end of the price points for cameras. I had high hopes for this system and have told many of my friends in the BMW club about this system, now I am regretting doing that.
