so I updated my key five firmware and it reset all of my factory settings, which I did not realize so that when the next ride that I went on I did not get any recording done because it went back to TS format and it will not translate to my computer. I would think that Innovv would tell you that when you do a update you have to reset your personal settings, it would be nice.

Ok, i think you may have misunderstood my point. my system is working properly since i did the update, but it reverted to factory setting, I was not aware that would happen until i was going to review what i did today. All my settings had changed. on installing my card into my computer, i found the recording was in TS mode, which my computer does not read. I use MP4. My comment was that you should advise the user when you do an update, you should recheck your setting. That’s all.

Since it is not recording anymore, we wonder if you can turn on the ignition, and see if the green light in the remote contorl is flashing or solid on or off, and we also wonder if the problem is from the sd card, could you please use another sd card and see what happens? If there still problems, could you please let us know your telephone number and we can call you to troubleshoot.

Ok, im at bit of a loss here, what information are you looking for. Do you want me to reload the update. According to the lights, it loaded properly.

Could you please let us know the light status in the remote control after firmware updated? Also please use another SD card with U3, V30 or V60 or V90 standard and check again?
