Initial install test, hooked all connections up and used battery positive for the yellow power line. The green camera flashes rapidly but gps and wifi never allow connection.
So I tried using USB power to the dvr and I was able to connect to wifi but cannot connect to wifi using the DC power box.
Voltage when Bike is running 14.1
Blue light blinks then goes solid red, then cycles that pattern.
Yellow wire secured to positive lead. But the remote now never lights up

The red and blue flashing means that the measured voltage is just at the tipping point around 12.5V. Red means that the parking mode cannot be activated due to a too low supply voltage. Blue means that the supply voltage is high enough to use the parking mode.
Since I can hear your motor running I would think that your supply voltage is too low. You have to measure this to be sure. If the supply voltage is continuously above 12.5V and the red LED remains on, then think of a defective DC converter.
Be careful while measuring. The measurement circuit of dc converter may have a small deviation. So, for example, the tipping point of 12.5V could also be 12.3V or 12.8V. A good alternator on a motorcycle puts out about 13.8V at 2000rpm.
I'm curious if you manage to measure all supply voltages and battery voltage. Without these readings, it remains a guess as to what could be the cause of the problem.
This thing is really frustrating, I am at a loss.
The video clip shows the dc converter cycling thru, red light, flashing blue but the remote never lights up.

This is what I get when I wired it to the rear brake light.

If everything works well with the usb power, but not with the dc converte connected, my conclusion is that the dc converter is not good.
Unless your battery voltage is too low, because that can also be a cause. You can only find out by measuring the battery voltage with a voltmeter.
Yes I know that, I even connected to the brake light wire, and the same thing happens. Unless I use the USB to power the unit it will not allow connection to wifi and the green camera on the remote just flashes.
The GPS LED and the WiFi LED are lit? And if they blink, how fast do they blink?
What is your battery voltage? Is there an LED on your power supply module? And if so, what color is this LED?
You have connected the yellow wire to a switched power supply, so when the ignition is on, voltage is present. And no voltage present when ignition is off?
Hi I believe there should be a seperate connection from the main unit to the battery, the black and red cables have spade connectors. The yellow wire should be connected to a switched positive but NOT the battery, so when the ignition is turned on the cable/feed is live. I think mine is wired into the rear brake/rear light.
The idea behind the yellow wire being connected to a switched positive is when you turn the ignition on it then activates the camera system. When you turn the ignition of it turns the camera system off and avoids draining the battery. Hope that helps Steve
