Innov K5 not connecting to Sony Xperia

Hi Ian, as you can see in the manual, the WiFi LED (blue) must be lit continuously when there is a WiFi connection.

It may be that the Wi-Fi timer is on. This will turn off the Wi-Fi signal after a set time. If you restart the K5, the WiFi timer will start again. A WiFi signal should be visible in the first few minutes. You can also reset the K5 to factory settings by holding down the button on the remote control for 10 seconds.

All settings will then be reset. The SSID of the WiFi will then be something like XX_INNOVV_K5_XXXXX. The X stands for random letters/numbers.

If this doesn't work, try flashing the software again. See this link how to do this.

You can then be sure that you are working with the latest firmware version.

Can you see the WiFi signal with another phone? You should not be too far from the K5 with your phone, the range is not too great.
