
This is what I get. I’ve downloaded about 18 videos, and this is what I get on my phone. This is a brand new unit that has not yet been installed. It has been updated with the latest firmware, it is about the third one I’ve gotten I’ve had problems with two other units. I don’t plan on installing this unit until everything is perfect.
This screenshot is from the app. Playing them in my computer is very choppy. Apparently my computer is not fast enough to playback 4K.

I never said I had the same problem on 3 units. This problem is unique to this unit.

It would be a coincidence if you now have the same problem 3 times. Then start thinking about your phone.
And can't you play the videos in the app, or can't you find them in the app?
Is it possible to read the SD card with the computer? And then possibly upload a video file here? I wonder if I can then play the video file.
Doesn't matter if the play within the app. there's no way to navigate or find the clip you're looking for. Unacceptable. 3rd unit...
All videos were completely downloaded? What are your video settings, MP4 or TS?
It seems to me that you are not trying to watch the videos via the Innovv app. What do you see when you watch the videos with the Innovv app?
