Are improvements in first-batch stock?

I've noted several improvements to pre-release units that installers have been using for videos. I'm wondering if these improvements are already in the first-batch stock at Innovv and Amazon. Things like

I just needed to know whether I need to wait for later batches to receive these upgrades.
