Hi I have the k5 and when I need to review the video it's not always there like the camrea hasn't bothered recording sometimes it's getting very frustrating as if it's someone cutting me up or caused me to break hard the video isn't there I've check the connection to the battery dvr connections memory card but it the card I got with the camrea I've reset all the settings and still nothing so I'm wondering if the dvr is faulty it does record sometimes please can someone help

I have had exactly this same problem with TWO different K5 systems. I think there is a defective *batch* sent from China. We need to find ones that did not come over on that container! Will INNOVV stand behind its products, or are we just out $500?

Could you try to update the latest firmware and try it again. Please find the latest firmware from following link. (Please download this one: V1.1.12 update 20210827 (With Default 5.8 GHz Wi-Fi))
