Could it be that the files were not closed properly? What type of video file did you set .MP4 or .TS?
A .TS file can be played if it has not been closed properly (for example due to a wrong shutdown of the K3). An .MP4 file can be damaged if closed incorrectly and therefore cannot be read or be difficult to read. Maybe the laptop could still play a damaged .MP4 file, but the app couldn't.
This could be a reason why the app shows a black screen.
Hi. The phone is a new Samsung. I can access the cameras live feed front and rear. But when I try to play from the files, I get the circle going round for fifteen seconds and then just a black screen. The files did used to play when first set up a few weeks ago. The filed play when I put the memory card in a card reader on my laptop. I have re-installed the app on the phone. Still can't get files to play via wi-fi link to phone.

Hi, can you provide more information?
- what brand/type of phone do you use?
- what have you already tried to solve the problem yourself?
- is it to play videos in the app or on the computer?
- do you have any information that can help us to help you?
