Hello , could you advise what product do you use? K2 , K3 or K5? Also what mobile phone do you use?
Does this happen when you see the video downloaded or the video is in the DVR sd card?
@galklompus Is it a high speed SD card? It is better use a high speed card for the K3.

And the camera Signal is flashing sometimes and not recording the whole time..
why is it happening?
This can have several reasons. The SD card might be too slow for recording both streams of the K3. Like Steven already said.
Another reason can be that the file system of the sd card got corrupted in some way. So formatting the sd card by using the app might help.
Lastly it could be the form factor of the sd card itself. It is very unusual, but I already got sd cards which are slightly too thin. This resulted in the sd card loosing contact in the slot then and now. But I must admin, that this were no-name sd cards.
I thought because I have a 32g memory card but I guess not because it’s should automatically delete old videos..
If loop recording is enabled (which it is by default), the K3 will delete older videos if the card gets full. Except videos in the protected folders. Did you get a lot of videos in the protected folder?
