Some more seconds would have been nice 🤔. Looks like transmission errors from the cam to the DVR. I'm pretty sure that the cable is internally broken, which results in a loose connection.
What happens if you change the cam (front cam in R Port and vice versa)? Does the error follow? If the error follows, you should contact your reseller and ask for a replacement.
I know of one user who had nearly the same issue. He first mounted everything and then alligned the camera. By turning the camera he twisted the cable right at the camera and caused the issue.

Just judging from the picture I would say the cam is faulty (e.g broken cable)
