Hi, just installed a K3 and the problem is there is no video previews on my iPhone. All recordings are perfect except there’s no preview. Any idea please? Thanks.
@louis.loong it appears as though since the INNOVV wifi doesn't have internet connectivity, the iPhone doesn't fully switch to WiFi mode and attempts to make the preview connections over your cellular data feed (e.g. LTE) ...
If you're running iOS 14.x (these steps may be slightly different with older versions) you could open Settings > Cellular and then scroll down to "CELLULAR DATA" and switch it OFF for the INNOVV app.
This should prevent you from having to turn off cellular (or enter airplane mode) each time.
Hello Louis, could you turn on airplane mode and then turn on your WiFi and connect with K3 WiFi, and then you will see the preview.
This is a temporary solution and we are finding solutions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
