Despite Contacting INNOVV 6 Days ago With the Promise to get back to me. Still no Reply 1st Problem No Sound from Microphone No matter what setting is Selected, Connecting the App to the Device Works for a very short period of Time IE A Minute or two , Connecting to the Device with the App Works on a Good Day Once out of Ten Tries. The WiFi icon Just keeps Flashing and won't Connect . I Should have just Stayed with my 12 Year Old Go Pro Hero 3 it Recorded Sound and Vision with No Problems every time it was Turned on. Do Yourselves a Favour and Don't Buy this Product as it is Complete Rubbish £ 305 Down the Drain , Could not Recommend this Pile of Junk to even my worst Enemy and INNOVV,s CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT EXIST BUYER BEWARE

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Innovv system. But maybe we can help you further. Can you tell us which system you are having problems with. Since your comments are posted in a 'general' topic, I can't see which system you are talking about. Have you been in contact with Innovv itself, they have a short holiday as Frostie mentioned, or have you been in contact with a local dealer?
Then I'm curious with which brand / model phone you are trying to connect. I'm also curious what you've already tried to solve the problems yourself. In short, the more information you provide, the better we can help you. Please create a new topic in the appropriate forum section.
But to immediately say that it is all junk and rubbish.....
Well...as you can read in the banner, they have a three-day break from June 22 to 24.
Despite that, you could try getting some help in the forum by posting your question/problem in the correct group by explaining your problem in detail and what camera you have.
But regarding your connection problems, I can give to the tip to enable airplane mode and try it again.
