All my K3 now does is flash to say no SD card and not recording, or a least that's what I think it's trying to tell me!
It has not been particularly reliable in the past either with it only recording sporadically, something I hoped the firmware update would cure.
I've tried the update several times, I've tried a different SD card too. The one I used originally was the one provided with the kit when I purchased it, formatted them both and copied the bin file to the root of the card.
I've powered cycled it several times and remade all the connections again several times.
Yet still no joy.
HELP!
I've still had no joy in fixing this fault. I've checked the power cables all the connections and even after leaving it powered up for the length of a long Sunday ride the Innovv K3 DashCam has failed to work. I still have the same flashing green camera light and no recordings, Wifi or GPS connections. This camera has never worked well for me and this is just another fault that has dented my trust in this product to act as intended.
I'm using it on a BMW R1100S and I've used the SD card provided with the kit as purchased from Innovv UK.
HELP!
I am running into the same issue. After updating firmware K3 no longer recognizes my SD card (256gb). The interesting thing is that it will function properly if I insert a 2gb SD card formatted with Fat32
Hello Gary
I have attached a K3 firmware update video, you can see that there are two fast flash and then the WiFi light and GPS ligt is on, then you can use it .Hope this video could help.
Hello Gary, I saw your video , it seems the system keep updating the firmware.
Could you format the card on a computer and put the attached K3.bin in it and try to update it again?
Please note you need upzip the file to get the K3.bin.
Power on your INNOVV motorcycle camera system and the firmware will be automatically updated with the green light flashing erratically. Please do not turn off your power until the update is done
