I am troubleshooting the cameras on a new K3 I picked up. In the same mounting position on my motorcycle as my old K2 I noticed the K3 field of view is way different. Then I noticed it’s not different symmetrically, its off to one side. Same with both cameras actually to roughly the same amount. I took one screen shot with the camera normal upright, then rotated it 180, and flipped the image and you can seee the significant field of view difference. The sensor or lens is clearly not centered in the camera.

This isn’t a huge issue for the most part, but if you use any kind of Lens protector, or fit the camera in a tight space you can get some minor vignetting or bodywork In one corner you aren’t expecting.
This could be a tweak in the camera of .1-.2mm. But still can cause some funky views.
Hello, Thanks for your post. I just checked with our engineer and due to the current production process problems, some tolerances will appear during production, and the problem happens as you described. We will try to avoid this situation in the future .thank you for your feedback!
Note this affects the K5 rear camera as well. In my testing this does NOT affect the main/front camera on the K5.
