Can you help me wi this. How did you change the recording from TS to mp4? I would like to record then simply watch the videos on my iPad (if possible) or air book. TIA
@Frostie yes they now play because before there wasn’t a folder on the SDcard now for some reason there is a folder there! Which has two folders inside one Photo and one Videos . It’s all very strange
the files are on my INNOVV as I’ve checked them and can download to my iPhone or iPad, but when I put the SD card in my iMac it saw the SDcard but no files were there.
I tried changing from TS to mp4 recorded a few clips then when I put it back in my card reader (iMac) it then showed another file (INNOVV) which when I clicked on it two files were there? Wasn’t there beforePhoto and video clicked on video and both mp4 and TS files were there ,they
As far as I know, you can not simply connect a flash storage to an iphone/ipad and access it, like you would do on a computer. They simply don't support them.
May be apple changed this in the latest devices, but I can not think of this. Do you "see" the sd card on your ipad? If yes, are you able to put files from your ipad to the sd card?
This worked for me
thank you

do i have to open with a different APP?
No. The files are simple TS or MP4 files.
When the sd card is in your imac, do you see any folders on the sd card?
If yes, are there any files in the folders?
If not, what happens when you put the sd card in the K3, start it up and check the sd card within the innovv app?
If neither your imac nor the app "sees" any files, then your K3 did not record anything and we would need to check, why.
