I realise this has been raised before but maybe a fresh thread will bring some new ideas....
My iPhone 14 Pro will not connect via wifi (except once, see below), however a 12 Pro and iPad will. All devices are running the same most recent OS, the phones don't have VPNs (although do have iCloud Private Relay, but turning that on or off makes no difference) but the iPad does. The K3 has the latest firmware.
Turning on Airplane mode on the 14 enables the connection to be made but this step isn't required on the 12. The 14 is on the Vodafone network, the 12 is on O2. Putting the O2 SIM in the 14 didn't enable connection.
So why will the 14 not connect but the other devices do?
INNOVV tech help could only suggest the Airplane mode workaround but to contact the network provider. The network provider could only suggest a mobile data connection setup change which made no difference. Apple Support believe the phone is OK and suggest contacting the app developer! Strangely, the only time the 14 has connected is when I tried to connect with the Apple advisor sharing my phone screen! He couldnt explain that. Later, with another Apple advisor sharing the screen the phone wouldn't connect.
Anyone any ideas? Could it be the app needs an update to enable the iPhone 14 to connect?
Hi Nick,
here is a thread with the same problem and a short explanation about why the airplane mode is sometimes necessary.

I am currently short of time so sorry for not explaining it here in detail.
