The WiFi does not connect easily!
This is driving me nuts please help.
Every time I go onto the app it says that my WiFi is not connected, then the app won't let me see any files it doesn't pick up the WiFi although does sometimes arrggghhh. Everything is set up correctly the only thing that I can think of is that the memory card is a 128gb rather than a 256gb would this be am issue?
@sam kirby is the problem solved?

A flashing blue LED means there is no WiFi connection. Can you see the SSID (WiFi name) of your K3 on your phone when you search for WiFi networks? If the WiFi timer is still on, it may be that the WiFi of your K3 is turned off after a while, and is no longer visible.
What happens if you turn the K3 off and on again, can you still connect to WiFi?
Thanks for responding, I have an Samsung and iPhone tried both and not working.
The light is blinking blue. It did connect yesterday but then disconnected and won't reconnect.
Your memory card has no influence on your WiFi, so you can rule this out.
What kind of phone are you trying to contact, Android or iPhone?
Can you make a WiFi connection outside the Innovv app? Because you must first make a WiFi connection before you start using the app. The default password of the K3 WiFi is 12345678.
When you try to make a WiFi connection, what you see on the remote control. Does the blue WiFi LED keep blinking, or does it stay steady?
Hopefully you can provide more information so that we can help you better.
Hello Sam, sorry for the problem, is this problem appear in the first time you opearte the Dash Cam? Could you please uninstall the App and reinstall it again and allow all the permission during installation. If your Dash Cam is K5, would you please download the 2.4Ghz firmare (https://www.innovv.com/firmware-app) to your K5.
You are also suggested to change another phone if the problem is still there.
Please be sure all the connection is good, and be sure the green light in the remote control is solid on.
Thanks and if the problem persists, please let us know.
