Just bought the system a month ago and was working perfectly, now it won't show wifi network on my iPhone 11 pro max with iOS 14. It will sometimes if i'm lucky, show the network but will disconnect right away. Tried reseting all settings on my iPhone and reconnecting my networks, still same issue.
Also will not record sometimes and also noticed that the DVR settings will reset.
Is there a fix for this?
Can I connect the DVR to Mac and check version of firmware and reinstall the firmware?
All connections are in place and can see the blue light at the the converter and wifi light will come on and turn off every few seconds as well as the other lights.
I think this one is busted?

After various checks on my system, this required 'Ellen' of INNOVV to translate the light sequence on the DVR to find the problem, so after sending various short video clips, via email, the problem was diagnosed with the front lens/camera.
I removed the front camera connection, and replaced it with the rear camera in the DVR, this resulted in the Wi-Fi transmitting again, and also the system started to record again (rear camera).
Now waiting for a replacement front lens/camera.
Confidence with INNOVV has now been restored, there support was excellent , and there knowledge of the system using only a light sequence was impressive.
Remember to check your location services are on for the INNOVV app (on your phone), that your card is formatted to FAT32, and install the latest firmware....
I also have an issue, brought the K2 last year (May), not used the bike much due to Covid, checked the camera a couple of days ago, also have no WIFI , tried several things, external power, ensure location is on on the phone,formated the card to Fat32, even added the firmware update to the SD card.
\Still no wifi, and nothing recording...
Last recording was in October, and the card was full...
Emailed for help, still awaiting a reply, need to get this fixed as had a previous accident, a while ago, and dash cam footage proved my innocence...
Not very confident with the customer service so far, but maybe this is due to Covid issues.
How can you get the DVR replaced or repaired when nobody will respond to you ???
Thanks guys, turns out the DVR is defective. Tried all troubleshooting steps. Even tried my iPad Air and friends iPhone XR, still same issue.
Double and triple checked all my connections. Like I said , how could it stopped working all of a sudden and only rode the bike a few times? Returning my unit since I only had it for less than a month and getting my money back.

Hi, when I’m at home my iPhone 11 Pro connects to my home internet as is normal, when I turn on my bike my phone remains connected to the home internet & doesn’t connect to K2 unless I move my bike further away from the house, I suppose my iphone always connects to the strongest WiFi signal?????
