Not a positive answer, but I can share my experience. When I first got mine I actually spoke with Rock on the phone (Kinda expensive to China from Michigan) because I couldn't connect at all to WiFi via the app. I have the K2 and had downloaded the K2 app. I was told to use the INNOVV app instead. It's supposed to work with all of the INNOVV DVRs. Then it was suggested I have the location enabled on my device too. Not sure why, because I can now connect with WiFi to my phone without location turned on. But I do know that the motorcycle battery power has to be adequate because when I first tested it off the bike with a spare battery that wasn't fully charged, (it was at maybe 11.4 volts), I couldn't connect with the DVR WiFi. When I connected it to my fully charged battery, I could then connect. I would suggest that if you can connect long enough to get into the DVR settings, clear the cache. That might help. Is there a way you can try to connect with another device such as a tablet or another phone? Maybe the device you are using has an issue with the INNOVV WiFi connection. I have a Pixel 4a 5g, an LG Stylo 5, and Samsung tablet that all connect with the INNOVV app to the DVR. As a last resort you could reset your network settings on your device. I know that is a hassle because you have to put all your WiFi and bluetooth things back on after you reset the network settings. But it helped me when I couldn't connect WiFi to a different camera. Good luck and keep us posted.
