Why are time segments in 30 minute increments but only 10 minutes of recording.
I have it set up for 10 minute loops. but I am losing 20 minutes of recording. I lost a beautiful segment of deer running along in front of me today. Not very happy.
I tried it with one minute loops seemed to be working. Reformatted the disk again, set it up for 15 minute loops and still have the same problem.
Is there a list of recommend settings to use. The manual descriptions are not very good. I am reaching a point where I want my money back. The big reason I got it was if I was in an accident .
as you can see from the about pic it would be worthless.
I have a similar issue, when I start the bike and take off it starts recording later than 10 seconds (as advised) and then I just have segments between 15-60 seconds and on top of that I am missing footages it just records like 20ish seconds and then stops for like 2-3 minutes and then records another 60 seconds and then stops again for about 2 minutes and then starts for 10 seconds and so on... really disappointed i feel stranded and to be honest I just want my money back... wasted my time
I did find the footage in the park directory, not sure why it is there. Now am try ing to figure out why the vibration on the fron camera mounted to a frame mounted fairing vibrates so much where as the rear mounted to the support bracket for the trunk does not.
The G-Sensor is located in the DVR, not in the camera. To avoid videos get saved in the park folder, simply disable the G-Sensor. It is simply too sensitive to work reliable on every motor bike.
and as you can see there is a two hour segment between 1547 and 1747 with no recording. The bike was never shut off so where did my recording go?

How does this answer help me?
Are you setting the level of g-sensor to low?
Have you found any missing video files in other folders?
If not, format the SD card and record it again please.

Thanks, that is my next step. Had it on low.
