The videos seem to be replaying at about 4 times the actual speed. Used to be ok but I cant think what might have a happened to cause this. Replaying on my Laptop as usual. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
I’ve had the same issues, I removed the SD card and put it direct into the PC. Dragged across latest firmware and reinstalled into the DVR. This fixed the app from crashing when accessing settings.
Just tried to get into settings and although the APP loads and I can see cameras, as soon as I entered 'settings' the APP shuts down. I had this rediculous situation some months back so why has this occured again since NO changes have been make to software on phone or K2.
@innovv How can I tell if my SD is formated in FAT32 ?
It should not be necessary to go through all this rigmarole and proceedures every few months. When this K2 camera system was advertised nothing was mentioned about endless prodeedures needed to keep the thing working. I expected to install the kit, set it up then forget about it not have to play around with software.
@paulouk You can put your SD card into the DVR, then go to the Settings of APP, find "format" and click to format the SD card into FAT32. We hope to improve K2 gradually, so the firmware update will be relatively fast.
@innovv This does not answer my question. I have already said I cannot get into 'setting' because it throws me out of the APP as soon as I press 'settings'. I have put my SD card into my laptop but cannot see any root file only 'videos' that have been recorded. I need to download latest firmware into the root file. How do I see the root file?? And how can I tell if the SD is already formated in FAT32?

Have sorted this out my self now by experimentation. Now all up and running on latest firmware and latest APP.

Please connect the APP and check the Settings to see if you have enabled time lapse.
If so, please turn it off so that the video is playing at normal speed.
