According to the technical specs I found on the net, the used Realtek RTL8186 should be able to do more that what we see here at the K2.
I was able to speed up the data rate a little bit by stopping recording and live view. But I never got more than 2,3MB/sec. The webserver on the K2, which is used for file transfer, has a limited number of file handlers, so I suppose this is the reason for the low data rate.
Dear Frostie
thanks for your quick answer: " a limited number of file handlers" Could this limiting factor been changed in a firmware-update?
cheers Kurt
