We are really interested to use the K2 for motorsport applications. There are several series now that require competitors to record their race so that any on-track incidents can be reviewed by officials. The main problem is with most cameras is, it's easy in the stressful conditions before a race to forget to turn the cameras ON! & batteries going flat! Unfortunately if an incident happens and they ask for your video and you don't have any you get penalized! The feature that is is powered externally and that it starts recording when you switch on is excellent. These races are often an hour long. I have read that your largest file is 10min. If a 10 min file is set does it immediately start recording another when the 10 min is reached or is there a gap in the video?
Hi, I'm already a long time a happy daily and 4 season user of my K2 camera system on my Honda Super Blackbird. :-) Since the update of the app I don't have access to my camerafiles and configuration settings anymore. The app always mentioned that there's no wifi connection with my camera. But I have wifi connection to the camera with my smartphone and can see all the files via the internetbrowser on my phone on IP 192.168.1.254 So there is a perfect connection between the 2 devices. I have also 30 minutes ago updated the firmware 0.64 of the camera, made a new connection, reinstalled the app, but all without any results. Problem stay's the same. :-( I saw there are very short movieclips made, so the update is ok, just need to make the old settings back like before. Can you suggest any tips or hint. Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug somewere? Thx in advance for any help ;-) Kind regards Jelle PS: I use Iphone SE with IOs 13.3
