I finished the installation of the units and cams.
The WIFI network is not in the Iphone network WIFI list.I'm using the last APP available in the app store.
My memory card is well formatted with FAT32.
My unit is also getting hot.
I checked the wiring and I did it right. I also tried reset it few time.
I tried to contact the local representatives but they are not answering to my calls.🤐
What can I do? it's a new unit and it never works. 😥

The DVR needs at least a cam connected to the F-Port to work. Without it, the DVR will constantly reboot in its attempt to find the missing cam.
So you can use the F-Port the check the cameras first. Connect them one by one to the F-Port and start the DVR. If it keeps running (is recording, Wifi available) the cam is ok. If both cams are ok on the F-Port, but not on the R-Port, there is something wrong with the DVR.
Btw. It is also a good idea to check if it works with a different / smaller sd card. I've heard of some people having problems when using a 256GB card.
After more investigation the Dvr is working only if I’m connecting the rear camera to the front port. what does that mean? The problem is from the front camera? The rear port?

I cannot connect anymore to the WiFi network. In fact I managed only one time to connect to it. The WiFi blue sign is always blinking.
I also tried again to connect via external power USB and it's the same, I cannot see the network in my Iphone.
The only one time I managed to connect to the WiFi, I checked the version (0.70) and I changed the sd card with a smaller one. The App asked me if I want to format, I said yes and that's all. Since I cannot connect to it.
On top of that I noticed that the box is very hot and it's look like it's draining my battery (new battery. Changed 6 months ago ).
Maybe my device is not working and need a replacement?
I tried many time to contact the representative of your product in my country but it's clearly look like they are doing everything to be not reached. ( bad phone number on their website... After I managed to get a good number, I got only a message where they said their lines are busy and they will calling me back soon... I called 4 times during the last 2 weeks, no one called back...).
For now and based on my experience, the only think I can say is that this system is far away to be plug and play or ”ready to play” as its advertised in your website.
The only support is via this chat (thanks for that).
I hope we can find a solution because the acquisition of your product plus the 256gb sd card was a big investment for me and I will be mad to not be able to use it.
I reformatted it again on my PC (AOMEI partition tool) .No luck same error message.
How can I know the firmware I'm using?
I bought this SD card only for this DVR. I don't have smaller card with me to test.
The DVR is supposed to support 256Gb right?

First of all thanks for your reply.
I didn't tested it before installation.
I just plugged an external power supply to the USB port.I managed this way to see the network and connect to it.
I'm getting now error regarding my memory card. "Error !! Device SD card error !! Abort connect to device !!"
My card is new 256Gb Kingston, I formatted it with FAT32 file system on my PC.
I will try to find another card to test again and I will also try to reformat again the card.
I will keep you updated on the results.

Have you tested it before installation?
Do the leds on the DVR now flash when the motorcycle is powered on?
How about using the power supply to contect to the DVR?
One connected to micro USB port on the DVR, and another one connected to a home power supply. Lens should be on the slot.
