I ordered the K2 01-FEB and they indicated that it will ship within 24 hours; it has yet to ship 19 days later. Further, they send me an email every few days requesting my phone number which has now been sent to them 4 times via email and is even included on the order confirmation that they sent me when it was ordered 01-FEB.
Is this terrible service limited to me or have others experienced this sort of problem?

You can track the update of the delivery on DHL shipping system two days later, and you should get the parcel on weekend or early next week.
Your emails came to the trash folder and we did not get your phone number for the delivery arrangement, that is the reason of keep asking you the phone number.

that does seem Terrible. In my case delivery took 5 days And only email I received was Shipping confirmation.
They have just had Chinese New Year which may account for some of the delay.
