I think I have narrowed the file corruption down to the power being interrupted because of not have the connector tight enough as I have not seen this issue for a while.
-Video files randomly going into Park or Video folders
Simply disable the G-Sensor using the App.
Every time the G-sensor recognizes a shock higher than the G-Sensor settings, the video is put in the PARK Folder to protect it from getting overwritten (e.g in case of a crash).
-Video file randomly corrupting and/or failing to record
Seems that your K2 switches off or resets during your ride. You should check if the power cable is screwed on tightly. Some connectors are a little bit bent and don´t fit tightly, but this can be fixed by warming then up a little bit (e.g with a hairdryer).
Nice!

To ensure that the main unit does not get too hot due to the foam, I did it that way .... see the pictures.
I also suffered from many corrupt files.
I have formatted the SD card in the Innovv K2 using the app.
I have also placed the main unit in foam so that it will endure fewer mechanical shocks.
This helped me well.

About Video file randomly corruption or failing to record, More than the above @Frostie 's input,
Check your SD card.
Be sure it is qualified and purchased from the reliable reseller.
Or you can change a SD card to try.
