Hello everyone today I removed the memory card from the camera and put it in the computer. The computer could not read the card and required to format the card. I tried to format on the computer but couldn't. I returned to the camera but the camera also failed to read or format the card. A new card I inserted worked without any problem. This is the second time this has happened to me. Could the problem be because I removed the card while the camera was working? I want to point out that before I took out the card I checked on the phone and all the movies were on the card.

Hi shumi,
Could the problem be because I removed the card while the camera was working?
Removing a volume while it is being accessed is always a bad idea. In the best case, only the current file gets corrupt. In the worst case, the whole file system gets corrupted. I know from my own experience, that this can bring a sd card or usb stick in a state where it can only be formatted in a reduced size or not at all.
Sometimes special tools like the one @innovv mentioned can help. If not, you can try using an operating system others than windows. In my case, Linux was able to "see" the whole sd card and format it back in its original size.
Have you tried to use another card reader to check this SD card?
Could you see the format of this card which you mentioned about?
yes i did . it dose not work too
Sorry that didn’t work - have you tried these solutions?

Hello Tim.
I downloaded the software you recommended but this software also fails to format the card.
Hi,
Download the SD Card industry formatting utility from this site.
https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/
This is the one recommended by the manufacturers of SD cards and is promoted by Blackvue who also manufacture camera’s for cars and trucks.
let me know if it resolves your problems on your defunct SD cards.
Regards,
Tim
