So, I have a K1 and a K2 on my motor now.
Both are recording, everything fine there.
The K2 has the issue where you need to disconnect mobile-data to be able to use the app to view the camera, which is weird but I can live with that...
What I can not live with however.... is the issue that the (/my) K1 has too...
Which is the following:
When you copy the recording from the SD directly to the computer by putting the SD card into your computer, you can open the video files however they all look like this:

If however, you use the app/device to transfer the file the video files work normal. example screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/otyiYmW.png

My work-method: K1 & K2, take out the SD card, put card in cardreader and connect to computer, copy file to computer: Video = junk. Connect K1 with cable to computer, copy file to computer: Video = good. Put K2-SDcard in K1, connect K1 with cable to computer, copy file to computer: Video = good. K2, connect via app to phone, copy file to phone via app, export on phone to dropbox: video = good. This to me is very bad.... If I ever have an accident where I can't speak, the police can't copy the video-files, because then it wont work for them. @Rock Liu , can you investigate how to resolve this issue?
I can concur that my computer can play the video files just fine. There is nothing inherently wrong with that configuration, there must be something particular to your computer hardware or software that is causing the problem.
It is the first time to see such issue. Let's review together to see what wrong it is indeed.
Base on your input, the only below method to get problem, the rest are OK. and we can see by this way, you are using SDcard reader.
If the problem from SD card reader which have poor connection or damage the file via transfer? Do you have other one to do try?
Here we did test for every camera system, record and check the recordings on computer via SD card reader. Have done such thing for thousands of cameras, no such issue found before.
