Hi Sebastien, sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused. There are some different ways that may cause this problem. Please try the following ways.
1.connect the lens with the DVR again, make sure that they are well connected.
2.try different INNOVV app, you can click here to jump to the download page.
3. try a different Sd card.
4. make sure that your mobile-phone WiFI is on and well connected to INNOVV K2 dashcam.
