Hi,
I have 2 questions:
I turned off parking mode, so why PARK folder contains video files? What's more - these files contains data when I was riding.
My card is 64GB. Now I can see that 26,4GB is free, but some of the videos are overwritten. What's important - not the oldest ones, but some random in the middle.
Can you please help?
Hello,
1. Did you turn off the G-SENSOR function? If not, the video will still be locked onto the park file if it encounters a large vibration.
This is to make sure the crash video is saved.
2. Could you please sent us the screenshot of the videos?
We can see the time of all the videos on your SD card, then we can check the question out.
Thank you for the answer.
G-SENSOR is set to low. If I disable G-SENSOR (set to off) what are the disadvantages? In case of crash, the video might not be saved properly?
Please find the attachment. I started my ride 2020.06.21 ~13:20, but the oldest file is from 14:06 - it's the middle of my trip. In the innovv2.jpg file you can see that almost half of the card is empty.
If you turn off the G Sensor, all videos will not be saved.
So we recommend not closing it.
Besides this folder, have you checked the park folder?
Are the files and missing videos in it right?
We can send you a bin file with log information, this bin will record all the changes during your riding. So we can check what happen.
Contact us innovv@innovv.com, if you are willing to try that new file.
