When did you buy the K2? If it is still under warranty by your seller, you could ask him for a replacement. If he still has some K2. The K2 has been replaced by the K3 long ago and even Innovv does not have it in stock anymore.
The only way it will power up is via USB.
So chances are that it is only the power module, which got faulty. This would be good news, as the power module of K3/K5 should be compatible.
What version of the power module to you have? With or without a blue led?
Are you able to measure the voltage at the three pins in the connector?
Based on many threads in the forum I concluded that firmware in the DVR should be updated. I tried this multiple times, with different memory cards, downloaded files, and power sources. It seems like the DVR is stuck with the lights on all the time and/or it does not even read the memory card.
Could you please post a video of the led when trying to flash the firmware?
When doing the update, did you make sure that...
...the sd card was formatted as FAT32?
...the firmware file was named K2.BIN?
...the firmware file was placed in the root of the sd card
I tried flashing the bootloader. The DVR does not respond to it. Much like with firmware, there are no flashing lights. Following that I tried to update the firmware but to no effect. It looks like the DVR is malfunctioning.
I have the same problem. I contacted Rock Liu and Innovv customer service.
I installed the camera in June 2019 and checked it to make sure it works. I had to check video recordings for the first time in July 2020 and realized that the DVR had stopped recording in March 2020 (after checking video files on memory card via computer).
I tried to access files and settings in DVD via Wifi, but the camera does not broadcast Wifi any more. Blue, green and red LEDs stay on all the time, regardless of whether any device is connected or any buttons are pressed.

I have read in multiple threads in the forum that the device can overhead and stop working. Please let me know if you happen to have any ideas how to fix this.
I’m having similar issues. I have two systems. The new one immediately gave me problems with the WiFi and not recording. I updated the firmware on both cameras, now both are giving me intermittent problems. The WiFi light turns solid like it has found a source but my iphone7 isn’t showing a signal or connection. The camera light goes solid and the video light goes solid. It cycle then starts all over again. The old one was working on both bikes until the firmware was updated. I’ve removed it and added it again. When I updated the firmware the first time it went through cycle of flashing red camera lights. Then it works for a while , then the front camera locks up and doesn’t record video but sometimes the audio is on.
Next day ready to ride but the camera doesn’t work again. No WiFi connection again, LED‘s are lit up but no blinking as before. Power wires hooked up properly, 5 volts coming out of the converter. Firmware update on card root file. Still nothing. I feel the unit is defective. I never left the garage with it working. Very frustrating.
Continued... the first time, and why suddenly the led lights woke up when connected to the computer. Could it be a voltage issue with the INNOVV Hardware?? The bike is in proper condition. So far it works again, I will report back if it fails.
No joy on the firmware update as described when rebooting on the bike. I connected the dvr directly to the computer and the lights began flashing in a sequence, although the computer did not recognize anything plugged in to the USB port.
Installed back on the bike and now is working normally. I can’t explain what is the reason it didn’t work on the bike when the firmware update was on the sd card
Yup, same here. Worked one time when I installed it over the winter, now that I can ride again, nothing. Formatted the card, checked power connections. Zip. InnovvK2 doesn't show up on wifi using Iphone. Powered it on and off a couple of times and nothing.
You could contact Innovv customer service at cs@innovv.com and ask about a new power supply.
@INNOVV™ Steven Hu
Or can you help him right here?
Has a blue LED. no power when I put a meter on it.
Can I simply get a power supply sent to me?
Thanks.
The only way it will power up is via USB.
Should I just return it to the seller?
Or, can we video chat to get this this going?
No LEDs on
All LEDs on, like in the video above, or all LEDs off?
I'm having the same issue. Totally dead.
@Rock Liu Thanks again for the new DVR. It seems to be working well so far. I sent the old one back. :)
@Frostie Thanks for your help earlier!
@LGS
Checked the video, that is not normal.
If power on DVR without two cameras connected, the DVR will reboot and LEDs flashing is not same as what it shows.
We will inform the reseller to send you a new DVR, you will get copied.

That could indicate that the DVR crashed or got stuck in any way. You can try the firmware mentioned here (https://www.innovv.com/forum/main/comment/5f0d5df6c6271800170a79f4)
to get some logs about what is going on.

Thank you. Will do it tonight with fingers crossed.
Are the LED on/blinking?
If not and if the Reset button does not help, try to re-flash the firmware.
