I have an iPhone 11 and cannot see the moving GPS track on the mobile app. I have checked and can see it clearly in DashcamViewer however. Looking on the app, it shows a static point where I started the trip as per attached image.
Please advise.

If you're looking at the GPS track on your phone, you can view it directly in the device file.
What you see here is a static point moving across the map.
I thought you could see both the video and track simultaneously. Where am I able to view the GPS track directly in the device file?
You say "What you see here is a static point moving across the map" - a static point cannot move?
After a successful GPS connection, you can view the track playback directly in the K2 device (camera file).
Click the icon in the red box to see the GPS track.
On the map, your position is represented by a point.
I have tried to get the GPS mapping working on my mobile device with no success. All I get is a static blue dot which doesn't move as the track moves. Please advise.
Please delete the APP, re-download the latest version and enter the map to see if the blue dot will move.
I don’t get the icon on my app?
Do you mean the map icon? Please check the GPS module see if it connect well.
