TS is more robust, especially if something happens that lets the K2 crash (e.g. in case of a sudden power loss). But if I remember corretly, TS files can not contain any GPS data.
MP4 is a very compatible video container format, which also allows additional data, such as subtitles. At the K2, the GPS informations are encoded within the MP4 file. You can view/extract them with special video players like dashcamviewer.
2. Wifi Time: 5, 10 never?
Defines whether the K2 shall switch of its wifi after some minutes or not. At some bikes, the wifi can interfere with other electronics. For this, you can tell the K2 to switch off its wifi after 5 or 10 minutes. Or never.
When a wifi timer is set (e.g. 5 min), the K2 will do a fast reboot after 5 min without starting its wifi. If you want to connect to it after that, you have to restart the K2.
3. Frequency: 50 or 60Hz?
Means the frequency of ambient light and is more important when using the K2 indoors. To be honest, I never experienced any difference betweent both settings.
4. G Sensor: Low, Med, High?Am I correct in assuming the G sensor detects sudden impacts or forces and then the recording is put in the "Incident" folder? And, if "Park" is "on", then I assume any bike movement while parked will put the recording in the "Park" folder. Am I correct?
Yes, you are right. And "Low, Med, High" simply defines the sensitivity of the G-Sensor. Unfortunately, even at low sensitivity, there will be more or less false positives, depending on your bike and the road. Innovv is working on it and the next firmware will work much better here. I already tested the V0.74 beta.
Video Stamp?
Allows you to personalize your videos a little bit by changing the text at the lower right corner.
Am I correct in assuming the G sensor detects sudden impacts or forces and then the recording is put in the "Incident" folder? If so, I have been reading in the forums that bumpy roads are causing this to be triggered. What is the safest, lowest, setting to prevent this?
And, if "Park" is "on", then I assume any bike movement while parked will put the recording in the "Park" folder. Am I correct?
Roger that. Thanks!
Frostie, Thank You!
In regards to the last question, do I type in a font name? Or is there something different?
1. Record Type: MP4 or TS?
That are different video formats.

Ok, here we go:
1. Record Type: MP4 or TS?
2. Wifi Time: 5, 10 never?
3. Frequency: 50 or 60Hz?
4. G Sensor: Low, Med, High?
5. Video Stamp?
Am I correct in assuming the G sensor detects sudden impacts or forces and then the recording is put in the "Incident" folder? If so, I have been reading in the forums that bumpy roads are causing this to be triggered. What is the safest, lowest, setting to prevent this?

Hi Fred,
there is not detailed description for each setting. But if you list all settings you need an explanation for, I will help.
