Got an annoying problem. Had it fitted last week, and it was missing some recordings. Today gone out, and its only recording when im stationery! So when I pull over to check whats recorded, all there is, is the previous stop, and where i would be at the time, nothing in between. I dont turn the ignition off, just pull over, check to see and nothing but stationery recordings. Anyone come across this?

It is indeed recommended to turn off WiFi on your phone when you are driving. Then you know for sure that the Innovv app/phone has no influence on your K2.
Another advantage, Wi-Fi turned off also saves your phone battery.
It's because it's probably still connected to its WiFi. I'm sure you have to have the WiFi disconnected when riding for it to record not 100% sure but worth a try
The video stops when you enter the settings for the APP.
If you exit the APP directly, the video will still be stopped.
When checking your APP before you ride, press the return button in the upper left corner to exit the settings, and then click record to start recording.
The green light flickering on the DVR can also tell if K2 is recording properly.
I do have a feeling that the app is actually stopping it recording.
Yes. It does stop recording, at least when you open "settings".
I had that issue too when I first got the Innovv installed. Try shutting down the app before you start riding. What I’ve learned is each time you use the app to change any setting, it stops recording.
As for the G sensor I’ve noticed even at Low setting a slight bump on the road surface will trigger it and send the video files into the incident folder.
Yes thats correct.
The video stops as soon as I ride, and starts as soon as I stop.
I am wondering If, with me checking its working via the APP each time before I start and when I pull over, that the APP is actually stopping the recording each time, and starting as soon as I check again once stopped!
The firmware is up to date.
I will try disabling the G-sensor on the next ride.
Will keep you informed, thanks.
Hi, the G sensor is set to low. I didn't see any files in the other folders
Did you check if there are some videos in the park folder?
Maybe the G-Sensitivity is too low, which would make the K2 think there is a crash and put the files in the park folder.
