I’m having trouble connecting to the K2 with the iPhone app, any advice would be welcome.
I have updated to the latest firmware (V0.61), reset the system using the reset button, deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPhone XS (iOS 13.2.3). The wifi connects using the default password and the wifi light on the unit is solid, but the app says there is no connection.
Hi mate, i don't have an apple phone but the same thing happened with android. The resolution was to put the phone in to airplane mode and then select the k2 wifi. This worked and the app connects. the only issue i have is the GPS map doesn't display on the android for me but does when downloaded on my pc. Good luck
Please try to turn off the phone and restart it, find K2's WiFi in your WiFi list and try connecting again. @johnathan
Thanks for the help. I managed to get connected with an old Android phone using the airplane mode, but still no luck with the iPhone. Will try rebooting the iPhone as suggested.
Please try it and let us know the result, thank you!
I’ve had exactly the same problem. My app won’t connect. When I go into the WiFi available on my iPhone XR, the INNOVV WiFi doesn't show as an available WiFi signal.
Here I would like to ask you some questions: Have you upgraded the latest firmware? Has your phone been updated with the latest version of iOS? Then did you update to the latest APP?
Please check again, I'm waiting for your reply.
running iOS 13.2.2 I forget the network, reinstall back innovv k2 app and I restart my phone. it worked but the app just prompt to update last firmware to “match with new app”. Current firmware for mine is V0.57
Correction, mine running on iOS 13.2.3
If your firmware V0.57 is currently running well, you can ignore this message and do not need to update to the latest firmware.
what software is your iOS device running? I have tested and found that any version above 14 will not connect to the K2. Let’s hope the software gets an update.
Hello, apologize for any inconvenience that has caused first. Please kindly uninstall the INNOVV K2 App first and then redownload the App named INNOVV from iOS store to your phone. This new App will fix this problem.
