It worked fine the first ride but on the second all the video was fine until the last part of the journey home. When I stopped there was three lights constantly on the unit and the last files are corrupt. The lights are now stuck on and I can't reset it with the power or the reset button.
There is no wifi broadcast and I can't connect via laptop.
Can anyone help please?
I had one of the first K1 systems and loved it but thought I would upgrade to this.

Hi Rock, I have tried my san disk extreme 64gb and a transcend 64gb class U1. I have also removed the card from the unit but cannot connect to it. I removed and installed all cables several times and check the connections. Not sure what to do next?
What SD card do you have?
Remove SD card from DVR, and then have phone to review the living recording via App and see if have issue.
If without issue, that means the camera system is working properly and you should change SD card.
You also need to check the connection between the video cables to DVR be sure that is security.
Hi Frostie, Thanks for getting back to me so quick. Unfortunately I had tried another firmware update but when the unit is powered the 3 lights come on and stay on. there is no other signs of life from it.
Don't really know what else I can do. Anyone have any ideas?
If the reset button does not help, you can try re-flashing the firmware with the current version.
