I bought a new iPhone SE, I was on a iPhone 7 and now the Innovv K2 app does not connect anymore, I do not have the old phone so the K2 is useless to me. I see on the Internet several issues with the app, very bad. I'm very disappointed with the Innovv K2. I do not recommend it at all.

The issue is the WIFI communication from the DVR and his IPHONE. I have the same issue and so far it has not been resolved. See my previous posts where I piggy-backed on the thread "Works great until phone updates."
My K2 was working via WIFI on my iPhone 7 and 8 and the application performed as intended..some time last year, but after the new IOS updates well...the K2 APP functionality is nonexistent at this time.

Can you tell me the specific situation of "unable to connect APP" ?
Is the DVR unresponsive when powered up, or does it flicker but you can't connect?

And yes I reinstalled the app, restarted the phone several times, resetted the device, nothing works. And for so much money I have paid for the K2, this simply should not happen.
