I purchased the INNOVV K2 in November 2020 and recently it started to turn itself off after about 10 seconds. I troubleshot it to the rear camera. With the rear camera disconnected the unit works properly. I swapped front and rear connectors and the unit turned off after 10 seconds also. The only way it will work is with only the front camera connected. That leads me to believe the rear camera has an issue. I checked the wires for damage and no obvious damage was noted. I emailed help@ innovv.com Wednesday and have yet to get a response.
Hello Scott, apologize for any inconvenience that has caused. Please kindly put the front camera aside. Then please kindly connect the rear camera to the connector of front camera. Then please kindly keep us updated about the LED light on the DVR. A video will better illustrate the problem.
