I purchased the INNOVV K2 in November 2020 and recently it started to turn itself off after about 10 seconds. I troubleshot it to the rear camera. With the rear camera disconnected the unit works properly. I swapped front and rear connectors and the unit turned off after 10 seconds also. The only way it will work is with only the front camera connected. That leads me to believe the rear camera has an issue. I checked the wires for damage and no obvious damage was noted. I emailed help@ innovv.com Wednesday and have yet to get a response.
Sure sound like it's a bad camera. I have had very good experience with INNOVV getting back with me quickly. But I looked at the email that I sent, and the address is different than the one you used. Mine were sent to innovv@innovv.com. Maybe try that to see if they respond sooner for you.
