Dear all, Last summer installed the K2 set. Also did a firmware update to the latest version.
The total footage of the front camera has always "pinkish" cloud colors.
The rest of the footage seems OK to me.
This is the case from begin to end of a single frontcam recording.

Rear cam no problems. Who has seen this before and what went wrong?

Hi Mark,
I think one of the signal cables from your front camera is defective.
To rule out that there is more to it, you can swap the front camera and rear camera on the DVR. If the problem is moved to the back, it is clear that the problem is in the front camera.

Dear Hans, switched cam's Front and Rear on the Recording unit. Problem moves to the back output so this is related to the FrontCam/-Wire itself. Thanks again. Mark
All tho I have never seen this problem before I would format the sd card in k2 settings. Next unplug power wire to cameras for 2 minutes and plug them back in . I hope this helps
@kenneth johnson what is the purpose of the 2 minutes without power supply?
You provide this solution to various problems on this forum.
But 2 minutes without power does nothing at all with the K2, so no reset or something like that.

Find hereby 2 vid's attached with the "pinky" results. It has something to do with white surfaces and the amount of direct bright(sun) light I think. But please investigate the footage. I like to hear from you :-)

If you choose mp4 in the app, is the problem still there?
