Got to do a better job listing the folders with firmware updates. All previous updates should be listed, they are not and if they are I can't find them. This would aid in giving end user the sequence of updates. There are two folders one listed as MP4 the other SuppEXFat. No indication what is what.

Okay where can the latest firmware be found? Currently I am showing K2_2395 on iphone app version1.1.6, and when I connect to DVR its telling me to upgrade to latest firmware with new version of app. Current firmware Version K2.20180925.VO.39

Hello, I m an old user k2 directly bougth from Innovv HQ years ago. Recently i changed my phone and after copy to all my records from last mobile with actual the INNOVV k2 app do not recognize and connecting with Innovv wifi devise. What can i do ??

I always have the same problem. New updates are not communicated properly.
It is also difficult to find out what the adjustments have been made compared to the previous version.

You really need to check the firmware downlod links on your webpage.
If I click the firmware link in K2-Support, I get a direct download of a K2.bin.
No Information what version I am downloading.
More worse, if I click the firmware link in K2-FAQ, I am directed to the login page of Dropbox, because you linked to the folder/file in your Dropbox account.
That's wrong. You need to link to the shared folder.
Just check it yourself without being logged in to your Dropbox account.
Due to some customer feedback, some customers may have difficulty identifying the latest firmware version if the page they enter with many firmware versions to choose from.
So we link directly to the latest firmware for download.
We use firefox and Google browser are not need to log in DropBox can download, may be different browser will have different restrictions?

Well....currently both links (K2-Support and K2 FAQ) direct me to the Dropbox Login page.
