Hello,
Could you please help me as I have a problem with my INNOVV K2 which I have been using for more than 2 years.
Recently, wanting to watch a motorcycle ride of more than 4 hours, I only had 4 videos of 1 minute instead of 10 minutes: One in dynamics without GPS but only the front and 3 others, but 3 times the same?
After checking the INNOVV app on my phone, I found that all INNOVV settings had returned to factory settings.
I tried my 256GB SD card on my PC, but it became completely unusable and bugged my PC?
Having another SD card but 64GB I did a test, after formatting it on the DVR then downloading the Bin file, I put back all the settings I had before and after an outing for the occasion of more than 3 hours, the problem persists but differently, either always only 4 videos or:
A first static video of 1 min instead of 10 min on the application.
Two dynamic videos without GPS, including one of 10 minutes and one of 5 minutes, of which the front video freezes after 10s, only the rear continued to film?
A last static video of 1mn instead of 10mn.
Knowing that all the parameters that I put back on the INNOVV application, have not changed this time.
Also, when checking the LEDs on the DVR, I noticed that after turning the ignition off, the DVR would no longer turn off, I had to unplug it to turn it off?
So I immediately redid the operation to cut the contact and it stopped normally in less than a minute?
In your opinion, is this a malfunction of the DVR, when it has never been a problem for more than 2 years?
Best regards
Hello,
As requested, I tried connecting the rear camera to the front camera port, with the rear port empty as requested (Video attached).
Result, I have no front video, but I have the rear video?
there is only one 1 minute video despite the 10 minutes put on the INNOVV app on my laptop.
If I reconnect the 2 cameras in their respective places, I find myself with the same malfunction as the video I posted on June 28, sometimes a single one-minute video from the front or from the back or sometimes the wifi flashes constantly so no connection possible...
And in direct view, I often only have the rear camera.
I don't know what to think of it.
Best regards
Hello,
I just checked all the connectors this evening as well as with a multimeter to make sure that there is really no problem with the power cut, especially when the bike is in dynamic mode, no worries at this level .
On the other hand, at the start of the DVR to continue this check, I have just noticed that it cuts off then restarts then it cuts all that intermittently, there, it seems that there is really a problem on the DVR, situation that I hadn't noticed before in static.
Attached is a video, what do you think?
Best regards
Dear Sir
Could you please use a power bank to power the unit? And disconnect both two cameras, connect the REAR camera to the FRONT port, and leave the REAR port EMPTY, please let us know the result.
Thanks.
